1. About DigiMicra

DigiMicra is operated by Digimicra Little Black Book, located at 102, BHAVESH APARTMENT, 20 GOPAL BAAGH, INDORE, MADHYA PRADESH - 452004. These terms apply to purchases from https://directory.digimicra.com.

We sell downloadable supplier, manufacturer, weaver and wholesaler directories for informational and business-sourcing purposes. We do not sell the physical products offered by businesses listed in these directories.

1. Eligibility and Order Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. If purchasing for an organisation, you must have authority to act on its behalf. Provide accurate contact information, including an email address you can access.

1. Prices and Payments

The applicable product price and any additional charges are displayed before payment. Payments are processed through CCAvenue. Access is issued only after successful payment verification. A bank debit alone does not establish that an order has been confirmed.

If money is debited without an order confirmation, contact us before making another payment.

1. Digital Delivery and Access

Products are delivered electronically; no physical shipment is included. Following payment verification, we send a secure access link to the purchase email address. Email OTP verification is required to download the PDF.

Unless the product page and checkout expressly state otherwise, access is valid for seven days from payment confirmation and permits two downloads. Save your downloaded copy securely. Email or verification delays may occur; contact support if access is not received or does not work.

1. Permitted Use

You may use the purchased directory for your own personal or internal business sourcing. You must not resell, publicly upload, redistribute or share the directory, download links or OTPs without written permission.

Rights in third-party names, trademarks and source material remain with their respective owners. No ownership of a listed business’s intellectual property is transferred to you.

1. Directory Information and Supplier Dealings

Information is compiled with reasonable care from public sources, business directories and other available records. Details may change, and not every listing is independently verified.

Inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee of any supplier, product or service. We do not guarantee supplier responses, stock availability, prices, business opportunities, sales or profits.

Before transacting, independently verify the supplier’s identity, credentials, product quality, pricing, payment terms and delivery commitments. Supplier transactions are separate from your directory purchase.

1. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.

1. Misuse and Liability

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to investigate fraud, unauthorised distribution or security abuse. Legitimate purchase issues will be reviewed through support.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses arising from independent dealings with listed suppliers. This does not exclude responsibility for our own legal obligations or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

1. Changes and Applicable Law

Future revisions will be published with an updated effective date. Revisions will not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing purchase.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law. Nothing restricts access to a competent consumer commission, court or other statutory remedy.
